Terrell Perry is a nationally-certified trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He is experienced working with persons of all fitness levels and special populations -including, but not limited to diabetics, heart disease, high blood pressure and expectant mothers. Terrell has worked with elite and average athletes in football, basketball, baseball, soccer, rugby and track. He previously worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for one of the leading high school track teams in Tennessee. Terrell has participated in numerous half-marathons, 10K and 5K races.
