Service Description
Core strength training targets the abdominal muscles focusing on a strong core. Training will hit all areas of core muscles (upper and lower abdominals plus oblique muscles).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must occur no less than 3 hours before the session. All cancellations less than 3 hours forfeit the applicable session fee. Multiple cancellations or lateness to sessions could result in termination of client workouts.
